KACHA — Encrypted Secret Vault for Notes & Photos

KICHIEMON WORKS ("we") provides the encrypted notes & photos vault application "KACHA" (the "App"). Because privacy is the very purpose of the App, we have established this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") to protect your privacy and secrets as our highest priority.

1. No Data Collection

The App is built on the principle of "Absolute Privacy. Zero Compromise." We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any data that can identify you, and we do not collect any content you store in the App.

• No personal information (name, email, phone number, address, etc.)
• No notes, photos, passcodes, or any content data
• No location, contacts, or other device data
• No advertising identifiers (IDFA / IDFV) or tracking
• No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs

2. Everything Stays On Your Device

1. All notes, photos, and other content you save in the App are encrypted locally on your device using AES-GCM, the industry-standard encryption. Nothing is uploaded to the cloud, sent to a server, or synced anywhere.
2. The device-specific secret used to derive your encryption key is held only in iOS secure storage (Keychain) and is never transmitted.
3. The App does not require an internet connection. All features work fully offline.

3. Decoy Vault and Passcode

All data related to your passcode and the Decoy Vault is encrypted and stored only on your device. It is never sent to our servers or any third party. If you forget your passcode, it is technically impossible for us to recover or reset it.

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases and restores of the paid features (KACHA Pro) are processed entirely through the Apple App Store. Payment processing and purchase history are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We never receive your name, credit card information, or any payment details.

5. Contact Inquiries

If you contact our official support email (kichiemond@gmail.com), your email address and the contents of your inquiry are used solely to investigate and respond to your issue, and are managed and disposed of appropriately afterwards.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when required by law or when the App's features change. The revised Policy takes effect when it is posted on this website.
